 Orders will be shipped via United Parcel Service (UPS) standard ground service (or competitive service determined by AbsolutelyFabulousTravel.com).We will ship orders to the Continental United States, along with Alaska, Hawaii, and to APO/FPO addresses. Orders shipping to APO/FPO can only ship via USPS and require our warehouse's name and Oklahoma address on the return label. Each shipment will be assessed a freight charge that will include the published residential carrier shipping rate for the particular weight, zone and size, along with accessorial surcharges, insurance charges and other fees as applicable. All shipments may be subject to dimensional and oversize freight charges as well as appropriate fuel surcharges. Shipping fees are non-refundable. AbsolutelyFabulousTravel.com reserves the right to ship oversized or furniture products via truck lines. We will make every effort to notify you of the notify you of the extra freight charges for these orders soon after you indicate to us of you purchase desires and pay for them with your paypal account. However, if you do not respond to us within 48 hours by paypaling us the extra shipping charges, we will have to cancel your order and return your payment minus the paypal charges. Orders for televisions 27" and above will be shipped via Truck. Carrier will be chosen by AbsolutelyFabulousTravel.com. Orders shipped via Truck must be inspected for shipping damage prior to acceptance of the shipment. Damages are the responsibility of the carrier once the shipment has been released by our Oklahoma warehouse. You are responsible for making damage claims with the carrier as soon as the damage is detected. Please save all packaging - it must be available for inspection by the carrier. All claims must be made within 8 days of receipt of goods. No damage claims will be accepted for any reason after 8 days of receipt of goods. Backorders will be shipped automatically upon receipt of goods. AbsolutelyFabulousTravel.com has the option to substitute any item on backorder for a comparable item of equal or greater value-unless otherwise specified. All orders will ship complete unless otherwise requested. Please send cancellation requests to I-Have-A-Question@AbsolutelyFabulousTravel.com. Requests for cancellation of orders must be made in writing. Without written confirmation of cancellation, the purchaser remains the owner of the item(s) and no refund will be given, returned, and should be expected, including any handling fees and shipping charges. Orders can only be cancelled if they are on backorder. If a problem excists on an order, it will be cancelled 24 hours after being placed if there is no response to messages left in writing informing the purchaser of such an issue. All returns require a Return Goods Authorization (RA) number issued by an authorized AbsolutelyFabulousTravel.com representative. Please email I-Have-A-Question@AbsolutelyFabulousTravel.com for an RA number. Product(s) returned without this authorization will be refused. All non-defective returns will be assessed a 35% restocking fee within 75 days of purchase. Handling fees and freight charges will not be refunded. Non-defective product will only be accepted in resalable condition with all original packaging. Do NOT write the RA number on the original package. This will make the product ineligible for resale. Defective product can be returned to AbsolutelyFabulousTravel.com within 20 days of sale. After 20 days, defective product must be returned to the manufacturer, under the specific warranty allowances. All returns must be returned with freight PREPAID and with an assessed administrative fee, regardless of reason. If a replacement order is sent, it will be shipped without freight expense or a handling fee to the customer. Special orders or closeouts are not eligible for return. There may also be other items that manufacturers will not allow AbsolutelyFabulousTravel.com to return. In this case, they will be noted as "Not returnable for any reason" on the item description. Returns will not be accepted 75 days after sale, regardless of reason. No call tags will be issued outside the continental U.S. regardless of reason. AbsolutelyFabulousTravel.com is not responsible for any taxes, duties, freight or any other charges for products shipping outside the continental U.S. regardless of the reason. The purchaser assumes all liabilities for these type shipments. No refund(s) will be given for refused delivery of any order(s). No cash refunds will be provided.
